    Audio IEC62087 report

    TV IEC62087 report

It is well known that the application for CE certification of electronic products within a specific range needs to satisfy the corresponding ErP energy efficiency instruction in addition to applicable instructions such as LVD and EMC. For has to be shut down function of electronic products (including residential and commercial), ErP implementation measures as early as 2009 published (EC) 1275/2008, but as a result of the implementation of measures to contain the product range the second part (see article), the reference standard is more, so a lot of detail requirements and test plan is not reflected in the implementation of the measures, although the European commission later added issued the implementation measures of guidance documents to explain and clarify, but many manufacturers still unclear demands on some details. In order to enable the customers to know the detailed implementation measures of this directive, the product requirements and scope, test standards, energy consumption requirements and details are listed below for reference. 1. Implementation measures and product definition the implementation measures are as follows: the product scope defined in the No 1275/2008 directive of the pending shutdown product (EC) is to be sold in the market for end-users; The product listed in appendix I of the implementation plan; The device needs to be fetched from the municipal power to operate; Electrical and electronic equipment for home or office use with a voltage of 250 V or less. The products listed in appendix I of the implementation measures are all in the scope, mainly including household appliances: washing machine, microwave oven, electric oven, coffee machine, etc. Information technology equipment. Smart consumer electronics. Including radio, television, camera, VCR, home theater, other audio-video equipment. Other electronic products, such as electric toys, sports equipment, handheld game machines, etc. The power consumption of products in the power shutdown mode and Standby mode are mainly regulated by the energy consumption requirement instruction. As shown in the following table: Standby mode(s) refers to the equipment connected to the main power supply, but only provides the function of "reactivation" and/or "information or status display". Off mode shutdown mode is the state of operation in which the device is connected to the main power supply but does not provide any functions, including only instructions for shutdown mode, or only functions necessary to ensure the requirements of the eu emc directive. The standard test method is mainly used as follows: IEC 62301:2005, "measurement of domestic electrical appliance standby power consumption" IEC 62087:2008, "measurement method of audio-video equipment power consumption", in which the method for testing the energy consumption of products such as TV set, VCR, STP, audio equipment and multi-function equipment is specified in detail. 5. Details and precautions when applying for ErP certification for power off products, special attention should be paid to the following matters: 1. Parts and components of various electrical products are not under the management of the ordinance. 2. For products in the range, unless the product is scheduled to have standby/shutdown function, all products shall have shutdown and/or standby mode or other mode meeting power consumption requirements in the plug-in state. 3. For ITE devices, the implementation measures include devices used in the home environment, such as class B ITE devices in EMC instruction, and class A ITE devices are not included in this instruction. 4. Household and office equipment with low voltage external power supply (EPS) is not included in this instruction.
