As of June 27, 2018, ECHA has officially released the 19th batch of SVHC lists, a total of 10 substances of high concern. As a result, the REACH SVHC list has been officially updated to 191 items.
What is REACH?
The full name of REACH is abbreviated as Registation, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals. This is a regulation to ensure the safe entry and safe use of chemicals in the EU market, aiming at protecting human health and environmental safety, maintaining and improving the competitive advantage of the EU chemical industry, improving the innovative ability of enterprises and achieving the goal of sustainable social development.
The REACH Directive requires that chemicals imported and produced in Europe must be registered, assessed, authorized and restricted through a comprehensive set of procedures to better and more simply identify the chemical components to ensure environmental and human safety.
Therefore, the REACH test is to test the chemicals in the REACH regulation, to test whether the chemicals exceed the limit, the qualified products without exceeding the limit can produce the test report, the unqualified products will be rectified and retested, and the qualified REACH test report will be issued.

On October 28, 2008, ECHA issued the first batch of SVHC lists, totaling 15 items.
On January 13, 2010, ECHA issued the second batch of SVHC lists (14 items), totaling 29 items.
On March 30, 2010, ECHA listed acrylamide in the second batch of SVHC lists, totaling 30 items.
On June 18, 2010, ECHA issued the third batch of SVHC lists (8 items), a total of 38 items.
On December 15, 2010, ECHA issued the fourth batch of SVHC lists (8 items), totaling 46 items.
On June 20, 2011, ECHA issued the fifth batch of SVHC lists (7 items), totaling 53 items.

On June 18, 2012, EHCA issued the seventh batch of SVHC lists (13 items); at the same time, the second batch of aluminium silicate refractory ceramic fibers (Al-RCF) and zirconia aluminium silicate refractory ceramic fibers (ZrAl-RCF) were integrated into the Sixth Batch of SVHC lists, that is, the second batch of SVHC lists was reduced to 13 items, a total of 84 items;
